Just a short to let you know what a great job you guys did. After a storm flooded our unit over 3 weeks ago, Steamy’s was assigned to evaluate the damage.

Firstly, the technician that was sent out to us was absolutely amazing. Daniel was prompt, courteous and obliging. Talked us through the entire procedure. He took our incident very seriously and was sympathetic.

Whilst Steamy’s have done their part – 3 weeks down the track, the assessor has still not got back to us. Thank Steamy’s will highly recommend you guys.

We have been thrilled with the job that Steamy’s have done both with our carpet and a rug that we thought was perhaps ‘past it’. The assigned technician was prompt, hardworking and made miracles happen, particularly with the carpet in our teenager’s room - dried spilt cleaning fluid, candle wax, match burn marks, scuffing. It was a great surprise to see the carpet come up so beautifully. The technician looking after our rug had it looking like new post stain removal and overlocking repairs, it was well worth the money spent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Steamy’s to anyone looking for a professional cleaning job.

On Monday the 30th November I had the opportunity to experience a really professional and pleasant service provided by your company.

Peter arrived at the time designated and then began to stretch and clean my 16 year old carpet. At every stage of the process he would check different points with me, like finding areas of stains under the carpet, and underlay that needed replacing, areas of water stain and their probable origin, and other concerns I could have had with their solution.

Of course, I am more than delighted with the appearance of my carpet! It looks wonderful and was more than reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending your professional and friendly service to my friends and family. And then on Tuesday my rugs were delivered clean and refreshed too. I recently had 4 rugs cleaned and deodorised by Steamy’s and they did a fantastic job. I couldn't have been more pleased with their prompt service to measure and quote for the cleaning and then to have the rugs delivered back in pristine condition.

Some of the rugs had pet urine stains and odour which I had stupidly tried to remove myself which caused some of the colour to run into the fringing without losing the smell but now they are stain and odour-free with cream fringing again. Thank you Steamy’s

Gerry came here to clean a very dirty carpet in the apartment I am renting. When I first moved in, the Agent told me the carpet had already been cleaned, but it was obvious that if this was so, the person who had cleaned the carpet had done an absolutely terrible job, and it needed to be done again.

The Property Manager who had rented the apartment to me asked if I could recommend a carpet cleaner, and as I had used Steamy’s on previous occasions, I had no hesitation in suggesting he give you a call.
