Just a short to let you know what a great job you guys did. After a storm flooded our unit over 3 weeks ago, Steamy’s was assigned to evaluate the damage.

Firstly, the technician that was sent out to us was absolutely amazing. Daniel was prompt, courteous and obliging. Talked us through the entire procedure. He took our incident very seriously and was sympathetic.

Whilst Steamy’s have done their part – 3 weeks down the track, the assessor has still not got back to us. Thank Steamy’s will highly recommend you guys.

We have been thrilled with the job that Steamy’s have done both with our carpet and a rug that we thought was perhaps ‘past it’. The assigned technician was prompt, hardworking and made miracles happen, particularly with the carpet in our teenager’s room - dried spilt cleaning fluid, candle wax, match burn marks, scuffing. It was a great surprise to see the carpet come up so beautifully. The technician looking after our rug had it looking like new post stain removal and overlocking repairs, it was well worth the money spent.
